Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.


Return policy

– If for any reason you are not happy with your order, the items can be returned within 14 days for a size exchange or a refund.

– Please follow these instructions if you need to return an item.

– Email within 14 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization. Please include Brand name and specify the Return reason /details.

– Returns must be sent with a shipping service of your choice that provides a tracking number. It’s absolutely neccessary to communicate us this tracking number immediateley.

– Returns for size or color exchange and for total or partial refund are at client’s expense.

– If you have paid by credit card, your account will automatically be credited with the amount of your order, less shipping costs.

– For any exchange, the buyer will pay the new shipment cost.

– Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the Return Authorization.


When returned items must :

– Not be worn, washed or altered.

– Have the Stylejunky tag attached to the product.

– Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc.

– Have their undamaged original boxes (shoes and accessories)

– Be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery

– Contain the printed email of return authorization.

– Mention the reason of this return is non conformity.


All returns will be controlled by our customerservice.



If your order has been sent to a destination outside the European Union, please mention on your parcel the reason of this return is non-conformity with no commercial value or the expenses of return and insurance will be with your load and will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.


Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience easier, however we reserve the right to monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.


Shipping method and  costs

We whip worlwide with Collissimo and UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes.

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all orders are shipped out of Cannes, France with an OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact of merchandise purchased in Euro.

– Shipping to all countries – Prices and invoices include VAT (Value Added Tax) and do not include import fees which must be paid upon delivery. Payments are in Euro.

– It is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations


Shipping information

Orders are shipped from Stylejunky Cannes, France Monday – Friday from 10h30 – 16h00. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and starts from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All information concerning your account will be used solely in the context of your commercial relations with STYLEJUNKY. This information will never be shared or be sold to anyone whatsoever. The automated processing of information, such as the management of email addresses, has been made the subject of a declaration made to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, under the number 1524743.
